STEP PROCESS:

Step 1: Sign up at any time. This is an Open Enrollment Course that is done at your own pace, on your own time.

Step 2: Work through the curriculum online. Take notes and apply these practices in a gym setting with a volunteer or peer of your choice. Document your findings and verbally be able to work through each movement in a coaching setting.

Step 3: Upon successful completion of the online course content and instruction, you will be required to take the online quiz on this website to receive your certification.

Step 4: Go to your online NationalPTI profile and print your Certification on nice, professional paper to display in your office.
